oin 26Health in the Mental Health Action pledge on May 16!
We're extending an invitation to work + play at 26Unplugged: Lunch Break Meetup. We're encouraging our staff, partners, and friends to put mental health into ACTION! Meet us at the brand new À La Cart in SoDo for an open-air lunch with fun, interactive mental health activities sure to make you put your phone on DND for 60 minutes or more!

About the Mental Health Action Pledge:
SHOWTIME/MTV Entertainment Studios and TaskForce launched the first Mental Health Action Day to shift the culture of mental health from awareness to action in 2021.
For the 4th Annual Mental Health Action Day on Thursday, May 16, 2024, our collective call to action is to dedicate one hour to CONNECTION. The Mental Health Action Network includes more than 2,300 partners and millions of individual participants from across 106 countries joining in this pledge.
