HapCO Music Foundation presents the 9th Annual Town of Oakland Arts & Music Festival. This festival allows artists to showcase in all areas of artistic expression from visual arts to music to drama.  The Town of Oakland Arts and Music Festival audience has grown with more than 30 youth, amateur and professional participating artists and musicians.
