Bid Package One (1) - Initial Site Package

a. This package includes the initial stage of sitework for the program including mass cut to fill, select storm water structures and utilities, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) measures, dewatering, and temporary fencing.
 

Bid Package Two (2) - Site Logistics

a. This package will include Site Access Improvements including temporary access roads, temporary parking lots, office trailer complex including modular office units, temporary office infrastructure, decking, and temporary utilities necessary for the operation of the office trailer compound (wastewater distribution including lift station, OH electrical distribution, water distribution, communications).

MBE's & LDB's who would like to bid as prime subcontractors or subcontractors are encouraged to attend. To bid as a prime subcontractor, you must have submitted your Statement of Qualifications to Hensel Phelps.
