Know Your Status Sooner! True Health will be hosting a resource fair for HIV-related services, featuring guest speaker Jomil Luna, who will discuss HIV and STD stigmas. There will also be HIV testing, and the first 20 attendees will be entered into a raffle for a $50 gift card. Guest Speaker:
Jomil Luna is a passionate public health and LGBT advocate in the New York City community. He received his Masters in Public Health from Rutgers University in 2013. His previous work includes Assistant Director of Prevention in the Bronx and Director of the Latino Pride Center in Spanish Harlem. He is currently a Pharmacy Specialist at AIDS Health Care Foundation and was active member of the NYC HIV Planning Group, appointed as Secretary in 2020. As an openly HIV positive Latino gay man Jomil has mobilized the community around several pressing issues such as HIV Testing, PREP, PEP, Linkage to Care, and Treatment.
