This tax seminar will discuss the income tax impacts of the various choices available to form your business. The seminar will also provide an extensive overview of Schedule C (the businesses’ income statement). In addition, the seminar will provide a few tips on recordkeeping and cover some miscellaneous income tax matters. Presenter: Mark Breheny Mark Breheny is a retired CPA. He has broad and extensive experience (38 years) in auditing public and private entities primarily in the manufacturing, aerospace & defense, hospitality, transportation, and retail/wholesale industries. His experience includes serving small, medium, and large businesses. His specialties include Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
