Workers' Comp Law in Florida
Florida HR professionals face numerous and complex issues involving Workers’ Compensation (WC) coverage and claims. The industry is constantly changing through both legislative amendments and a steady stream of new case law interpreting Chapter 440.
The good news is that taking a proactive approach to Workers’ Compensation can help lower employer premium costs and reduce claims. This workshop provides:
• A broad knowledge of the law;
