She is responsible for managing all aspects of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion as well as providing access\, growth\, and development to over 1\,180 diverse suppliers and small business through the Supplier Diversity Program. The Program supports the introduction of diverse vendors to Orlando Health's Supply Chain and Group Purchasing Organization\, with the goal of increasing diverse supplier participation in Orlando Health projects. With 14 years of extensive diversity experience\, she also manages all the Diversity training for Orlando Health\, 23\,000 employees. \n\n\n\nAs a strong advocate for diversity\, mentorship and community involvement\, Donna has received many awards for her work in Diversity and is thankful to have the platform at Orlando Health to enhance and impact diversity in the workplace\, workforce and marketplace.\n\n\n\nDonna is from Michigan and previously worked for General Motors Company and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tennessee State University\, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix and holds a certification from the Society for Diversity as a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP).
