Started career out of college at general motors in Detroit as a Financial Analyst. Member of the Sigmaa Pi Phi Fraternity (Boule), FMSDC Central Florida Certified MBE, African American Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors for YMCA - Tangelo Park and Axiom Bank. Board of Deacons at Mt Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. Married to Monica Riley and have three children (Charles Jr LaTara, and Terrence).
