About Us

I'm Audrey Jackson the CEO of LAT Financial Group and Tax IQ Academy. I'm a skilled and experienced Tax Pro, located in Central Florida, that has a passion for helping individuals and businesses navigate the complex world of taxation.

I have a bachelor's degree in accounting and hold a Certificate of Completion for the Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP).

My introduction to the tax industry was through an unfortunate event-a fraudulent tax return filed in my name, claiming a business I had never owned. This led to an audit. Determined not to be a victim of fraud, I took it upon myself to learn the tax code and navigated that audit successfully.

From that point on, I began filing my own taxes and helping others. I gained experience by working under Liberty Tax for two tax seasons, soaking up as much knowledge as possible. Then I shifted my focus to working under a Service Bureau for another tax season, continuing to learn and grow my skills. What started as a personal quest to protect myself from a fraudulent tax return has grown into a thriving tax business and writing an online self-paced tax course, Tax IQ Academy.

It's now my mission to help others navigate the complexities of the tax system and avoid the pitfalls that I experienced firsthand.

Services includes: Tax Preparation for small businesses and individuals, bookkeeping, in-house payroll processing, remote online notary, new business entity setup, and business credit services. I am also a business mentor and coach. Lastly, I teach others how to prepare taxes accurately and I sell professional tax software.
