Robert Flakes III is the president and CEO of URCS, Robert is in charge of all work undertaken by the Firm. Robert is an expert in construction management with a B.S. Degree in Construction Engineering. Robert is a state Certified General Contractor, and is considered by many to be one of The best builders in the Central Florida Area. Robert is an active Member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando and the National Association of Home Builders.Gulf War Veteran State Certified Veteran, WMBE Business Enterprise, African American Chamber of Commerce Orlando.
