I am a Director of Pharmacy and Retail Operations for Walgreens covering Central Florida. I oversee a billion dollar plus operation where I maximize operational excellence and deliver financial performance across 109 locations. As a seasoned professional with more than 28 years of retail, healthcare and leadership experience, I am known for my ability to identify, leverage and develop talent and inspire continuous improvement that benefits the growth and performance of the organization. My passion for empowering others led me to found and chair a FL/GA chapter of Women of Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) business resource group in 2020 and I currently serve as the Strategic Operations Planner on the National Women of WBA Steering Committee. I am also a Healthcare Businesswoman Association (HBA) Luminary Woman of the Year nominee for 2021. I hold a bachelor of arts in psychology degree from Midwestern State University and reside in Ocoee, FL.
