About Us

We are a 501 c(3) non profit organization that provides free to reduced cost mental and behavioral health education, services, and tips for empowered daily living. We help women who have experienced varying degrees of trauma rebuild and reestablish their lives through financial education, therapy referrals, and emotional support services. Trauma is different for everyone. For some, it may be divorce, abandonment, or even rape, or kidnapping. No matter what it may be we want to provide support.
