Touching Heart's Group Homes, LLC., is a FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION with iBudget Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver Services that provides the following services inside group homes, &, personal one on one WITHOUT DD Waiver Services (OUT OF POCKET FOR PERSONAL SERVICES). *RESIDENTIAL HABILITATION: Group Home with 24/7 Direct Care Specialist

*LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT COMPANION: Our companion care services include comprehensive, around-the-clock support for anyone – of any age. Whether it’s providing home support with laundry, light housekeeping and meal planning and cooking, our caregivers are willing to give more of themselves to their work. Touching Heart’s professionals can also provide like helping with shopping and errands, adult help with transportation to and from doctor appointments and social events in addition to providing travel companionship and more.

* Adult Day Training Program: Adult day training (ADT) services stress training in the activities of daily living, selfadvocacy, adaptive and social skills and are age and culturally appropriate. The service expectation is to achieve the outcomes (goals) defined by each recipient; and to attain and support participation in less restrictive settings. The training, activities and routine established by the adult day training program shall be meaningful to the recipient and provide an appropriate level of variation and interest.

*TRANSPORTATION
Includes: Shopping, Doctor Appointments, Community Outings, Family Visits, Adult Day Training Program and Child Care pickup.
